Gift wrapping and packaging

In an effort to reduce waste, orders not marked as a "gift" will be packed using as little materials as possible while still ensuring your jewelry arrives safely. If you need items individually gift boxed, please indicate that upon checking out. I do not include receipts or packing slips with orders. Shipping is combined. Just pay for the first item to ship and a small cost for each additional item as long as items are purchased together. Free shipping in the US for orders over $35.

To prolong the life of your costume jewelry; ●Don't wear it while in the pool, hot tub, shower, ocean, etc. ●Don't wear it to bed ●Store it in a jewelry box or air tight bag ●Apply make-up, lotion, perfume before putting on jewelry

All orders are made by hand at the time of sale unless otherwise noted. I make and package the jewelry after the order is placed. The delivery depends on the shipping selection made upon checking out. Please check individual items for current production time. ●Please contact me prior to ordering if you need it shipped within 48 hours so I can let you know if that's possible. ●Please note that just because you purchase expedited shipping, that does not mean it will speed up the production time. However, I make every effort to make orders with expedited shipping a priority.

All jewelry is made by me and shipped from my small studio in North Carolina.

Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns

I am able to offer a very wide selection of color and finish options because my jewelry is made to order. That means at the time of sale, I custom make your jewelry to your specifications just for you. While this is perfect for matching your stones and finishes, it limits me in that I can't accept returns. I don't have the space to store returns. I am not a big box store and for a custom, handmade item, that is one of the things you give up. If you're trying to match your jewelry to a bridesmaid dress, I recommend buying 1 piece and making sure it's what you need before ordering multiples for your bridesmaids. I am also available to answer whatever questions or concerns you have beforehand.

I use USPS to ship all of my packages and use Ground shipping, which is standard. I offer shipping upgrades of USPS Priority and USPS Priority Express. I don't use UPS or FedEx because their rates are too expensive for how light and small my packages are. Additionally living in a more rural area I don't have access to a UPS or FedEx location in close enough proximity to drop off packages that can be scanned by them. I will not use a drop box for them due to the liability of not having record of having handed off the package to them. If you do not want your package delivered with USPS, I'm sorry but you'll have to purchase jewelry elsewhere since I'm unable to accommodate shipping with other carriers.

Most of my jewelry is made using jewelers brass that's been plated in precious metal; 14k gold, 14 rose gold, sterling silver, rhodium, sterling silver that's been oxidized (aged silver), or the brass itself is antiqued (aged brass). I make costume jewelry. Costume jewelry is not meant to be worn everyday. Plating will eventually wear off, this is normal "wear & tear". Although I source the finest supplies and work with reputable companies who plate my brass for me, the finish wearing off is perfectly normal and not a defect. Select pieces are solid .925 sterling silver or 14k rose gold or gold filled. At this time, this is only select personalized and hand stamped necklaces. All of my jewelry is free from lead, nickel and cadmium.
