How are your clothing items made?

Face masks are ready to ship and are made via the sublimation process! Shirts/sweaters are made to order, custom printed on using a state of the art fusion of DTG (direct to garment) and DTF (direct to film) processes. Pretreatment is sometimes added to preserve the print on darker garments. We create shirts to your selection (design, size, color etc) and because of so returns/refunds are typically not accepted. Defects will be replaced at no charge though, so please contact us regarding such situations.

How do I care for my garments?

Please wash your garments inside out and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle to preserve the longevity of the print! Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for a longer shirt life. High-temperature washes can crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer setting may damage the print. So please adhere to our guidelines!

What is the difference between your basic shirts and bella shirts?

The basic tees are gildan brand and are thicker and 100% cotton. The bella brand tees are a softer and thinner 100% ringspun cotton and is a slimmer fit. We provide them both because some customers prefer one style/feel over the other. If you are interested in a certain brand/type of product that is not on our site, please contact us and we will see what we can do!

How long will it take to receive my order?

In short, 1 to 2 weeks (business days). On average, your order is created/printed within 2-5 business days after purchase (please do not include weekends, the shipping companies do not do pick ups/deliveries). Also note that if you ordered late in the evening, the item may not be processed till the following morning. Standard shipping/transit times apply (1-7 days for domestic and 4-15 days for international).

What is your return policy?

Any defects or errors on our part qualify for a replacement at no charge. Examples of such are a bad print (i.e. peeling, extreme color fade, printer lines on arrival), incorrect size sent etc. Please contact us with a picture of the defect and your replacement will be processed as soon as possible. When we say Teem Meme makes everything 100% custom, we really mean it – each item is custom made exactly as you select. The only time we process refunds is BEFORE the item is printed. We're sorry but we do not accept returns or exchanges for selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, etc. Face Masks: Due to the sanitary nature of this product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for face masks; all sales are final.

My shipping address is incorrect, what do I do?

We ship to the address that you entered in your order. If your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete shipping information, we will contact you for reshipment information once we receive it. It is also the customer's responsibility to notify us if a package was returned to us due to the sheer volume of packages we handle. Note there may be a reshipment fee if the mistake was not made by us. Please review the order confirmation email after you order to fix any errors in addresses as soon as possible.

I did not receive my package, what are my options?

If your tracking number shows that the order was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend that you check with your personal postman/post office, neighbors, members of the household etc. Sometimes the packages are hidden or misplaced. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and USPS would not accept claims with tracking numbers that are marked delivered.

I picked the wrong color or size, can I change that?

Any requests to change an order must be submitted before the item has entered production. Once an order has entered production, it is going to be printed and we are no longer able to edit the order. Please notify us of an error IMMEDIATELY with your order number and we will attempt to hold and edit the order.

Brand new Venom Face Dust Mask! This mask features venom's mouth in all it's toxic glory with green oozy saliva dripping. Art and design by Teem Meme!

The mask is made of two layers of polyester fabric, the inside is a white polyester fabric. These are super soft dust masks and have great breath-ability.

It is stretchy and one size fits most with its elastic ear loops. Returning buyers, note that these masks have been upgraded to be 1 cm taller now! The widest part of the mask portion (excluding the loops) is about 7" x 5" or 18 cm x 13 cm. The ear hooks are about 3.3 inches or 8 cm.

Note: These dust masks are not recommended for use in a medical setting. These can not filter out toxic fumes, so please be advised.

On the plus side, they are washable and reusable and prevent you from touching your face. They are also great for keeping your coughs to yourself and can keep you away from allergens.

Washing Instructions:
Simply hand wash with detergent or soap with cool or lukewarm water, then hang dry! It is also machine washable (note HEAT can cause SHRINKAGE) but for best results please hand wash.

Return/Refund Policy:
Due to the sanitary nature of this product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for face masks; all sales are final.

Printing Style (Sublimation): Please be advised that our masks are printed via the sublimation method and because of so, ink fuses right into the fabric. Our pictures are pretty much what you will receive barring any lighting or screen color differences.
