My silver plated jewellery should last you a very long time if you follow certain rules. Do not wear whilst showering, or swimming (don’t let it get wet) Avoid spraying perfume, body cream, oil and hairspray whilst wearing. The silver filigrees have been plated so all they should ever need is a silver cloth very occasionally . Do not use liquid or creme silver polish. Best practice with all costume jewellery when getting dressed is to put on last and take off first.
