How do I download my files?

If you have an Etsy account, after your purchase you’ll see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page. Alternatively to access your digital file(s), go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

How to print your downloaded files?

You can print file at your home or office yourself. Alternatively, You can get it printed. Save your file to USB stick or online drive, and get it printed from a local print shop. Pls. do not resize or select fit to page option while printing.

How do I leave a review?

Go to “Your Account” → “Purchases & Reviews.” Scroll down to find the order that you would like to review.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Because of the nature of the product ( digital item ), returns, exchanges and cancellation is not possible to offer.

Paying for your order WITHOUT making a PayPal account or registering with PayPal

It is possible and easy to pay for your order WITHOUT making a PayPal account or registering with PayPal. You can do so by being a PayPal Guest, and paying directly by your debit or credit card. Step 1- Add products to your cart. Step 2 - Click the check out with Paypal button. You will be redirected to a new page. Step 3- Click the Don't have a pay pal account button. Step 4- Add in your payment information as usual and complete the checkout process.
