Process of making a bone inlay furniture:

An inlay is a technique of inserting pieces of contrasting material into depressions made on a base object. The production of bone inlay furniture is a three-step process and requires up to a month to create. First, the fragments of camel bones are shaped delicately. Then these intricate shapes are affixed onto the timber frame in a detailed pattern. After this, the resin is filled around the bone shapes to craft the background. The bone pieces are offset by the striking color of the resin to create an exotic looking oriental piece of furniture.

2. Due to the handcrafted nature of this item, expect slight variation in the appearance of each unique piece.

Ravi has fast shipping, and quick customer service replies! when I received my dresser, it came packed in a crate. upon removal, a couple of the black resin pieces became detached. I reached out to Ravi and he suggested an adhesive to reattach those pieces.. in addition, a lot of the handles/hardware do not fit in the designated holes. Ravi suggested I try to switch out all the different handles as some handles fit better in different spots. (i.e., a handle could be too short that it doesn’t fit the holes properly on one drawer, but another drawers holes may be the perfect size for that handle..) matching the hardware is trial and error and made assembly a little longer than it should. overall BEAUTIFUL, detailed dresser, but for the price, I did not expect to have so many inconveniences, that would require my fixing.

The dresser is absolutely gorgeous. I was nervous about ordering such an expensive piece, sight unseen, but Ravi was great at communicating at each stage - when the piece was shipped, when it landed at customs, and it ultimately arrived exactly on time. This is an incredibly well-crafted piece of furniture - it's sturdy, the drawers slide smoothly and it was so well packaged it arrived in perfect condition with no cracks or chips. It looks so fantastic, I've had a ton of compliments on it (it sits behind me in my home office so it can be seen on Zoom calls) and will be ordering the matching desk next.

This dresser is absolutely immaculate and is definately the centerpiece of my bedroom. It was very well packed -- perhaps too well packed as we did have trouble getting it into my apartment but all that sweat was absolutely worth it! The team was professional and kept me up to date with everything!
