Gift wrapping and packaging

All my packaging is 100% recyclable & plastic free and my jewellery is presented in a lovely branded gift box. Sending directly to the lucky recipient? then please let us know so we can include a personalised message. I won't include any prices inside your gift order, but please note if you are sending to any country outside the UK by law i have to declare the price on the outside of the package.

Will my order contain a printed invoice?

I believe in creating as little waste as possible, so as standard i don't include a printed receipt / invoice unless you ask for one, then of course i am happy to accommodate. All order details can be found in the "your purchases" section

Will my order come with a tracking number?

I try to keep all shipping prices to a minimum, so standard postage does NOT come with a tracking a number, however this is the option to upgrade for an additional fee.
