This is a KIT that includes all the materials needed to make the PINK ABALONE colorway of "A Hazy Shade of Winter" necklace. A complete list of the kit contents is in the third photo. This KIT does not include the tutorial you will need to make the project, which is available here in my shop At this link: https://www.etsy.com/listing/685492721/etutorial-for-a-hazy-shade-of-winter
This project is an elegant, heavily fringed necklace featuring pale pink stick pearls, a luminous Pink Abalone shell button, Swarovski Rosaline pearls and Steel Grey matte beads. It is most easily done by an experienced beader, familiar with bezel making, Peyote stitch, Triangle Weave or RAW, and comfortable following directions and charts.
This colorway looks great on soft pinks, grey, black, and white. I made my sample to sit on my skin, using a shorter neckstrap than the pattern indicated, so the fringe below the focal sits at the top of my clevage. I am loving it.
The kit includes all the beads needed to make the bezel, yoke, and fringe, sizable up to 20". It includes a curated set of 19 gradated stick pearls, and a 1" Mother of Pearl shell button, pre-backed for you with leather. It also includes a silver toggle clasp and the necessary rings to attach it. These pink stick pearls were hard to find, and I used all that I had. I threw a couple extras into each kit for potential earrings if you want to make something to match your necklace. The third photo shows the complete necklace. You can read more about this kit and necklace on my Haute Ice Bead work blog at this link: https://www.etsy.com/listing/685492721/etutorial-for-a-hazy-shade-of-winter?ref=shop_home_active_30&crt=1
You will need your own needles, size 11 or 12, Crystal Fireline D, and an easy-bob bobbin, for thread control if desired. You also need a 15" piece of white soft nylon beading thread, which is not provided.
If you have questions, please convo me, and see the tutorial listing for more information about the project. Thanks for looking!
