This beautiful metallic thread produced by the makers of Madeira thread is what I use to create spider webs, snail trails, water, etc.
The product comes in a variety of colours and we started off stocking the antique gold and the antique silver, and now have added the silver dust.
It is also the perfect accent thread for crazy patchwork and beaded embroidery. Although produced as a sewing machine thread, it is perfect for hand stitching as well.
