Is there a restocking fee if I want to return an item?

As a small business, and due to the custom nature of our products, it is necessary for us to have this policy. Many sellers that offer custom products do not accept returns at all. However, we wanted to do the best that we could to accommodate our customers in the event that a return is necessary. Therefore, we do offer returns, but with these conditions. Since the items are custom painted and some cut to size, we will have to store them for some time. Restocking fee is 18% Thank you for your understanding.
