What if I need to change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order please contact me as soon as you can. If I have despatched your order then unfortunately I will not be able to cancel it.

How long does despatch/shipping take?

** PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE ARE STILL OCCASIONAL DELAYS ** International customers: If the shipping for your basket is adding up to more than £15 please select tracking option so it is capped. Alternatively I will refund the excess. Despatch time is currently around 3-6 days ♥ UK ♥ 2-3 days but up to 2 weeks in a very small number of cases ♥ Europe ♥ All orders are sent with tracking. Can I write on the stickers? If so, what with?

Yes, the stickers can be written on with a variety of pens. I have tested with biro, pigma micron, sharpies, pentel touch, pilot v5 hi-tec point and gel pens. The ink dries very quickly. Pencil can be also used but pens work much better.

What if I'm unhappy with my order?

I try my absolute best to send perfect products but very occasionally I might miss something. If your product is not 100% then please contact me straight away.

Do you do custom stickers?

I'm so sorry I don't do one of custom designs at the moment. However, custom word stickers are coming back very soon! I am also very happy for you to make requests for general ideas that could be added to the shop.

I have an old loyalty card, can I still use it?

Old loyalty cards are still valid, please message me with a picture if you have filled yours up and would like a discount code. A new one will be sent after you have redeemed the previous one. There may also occasionally be other sale codes given out, please favourite the shop on Etsy or follow us on Instagram for the latest updates @strawberrystickerco Our older 25% off codes are only valid on sticker sheets (not inc. custom words) The £5 off codes are valid on anything in the shop Please note, only one code can be used per transaction. Every order receives a loyalty strawberry on the free sampler. Further strawberries are given out for every £5 spent over £10 (before p&p) up to a maximum of 10 strawberries (which fills a card)

Why has my order been cancelled/refunded?

I reserve the right to cancel and refund orders, but I will always give you an explanation for this. For example, I often find order details or addresses are incomplete so I may need to contact you to confirm. If I can’t get a response within my current processing time then I will be unable to ship and will have to refund/cancel, the reason is that if I don't ship in time Etsy will penalise me.

Do you have any discount codes?

If there are any discounts or sales then they will be clearly displayed on the shop banner and on my instagram account @strawberrystickerco, I also run a loyalty card scheme all year round.

I have placed two separate orders can they be shipped together?

Yes, but please contact me. Please note that if your orders are combined you will receive one package with one sampler and loyalty card and the excess postage will be refunded.

How are the tariffs affecting shipping to the USA?

I am still shipping to the USA using the prepaid customs service via Royal Mail. The tarriff charges are now included in the postage cost you are charged when you checkout. You will not be expected to pay any extra charges on delivery.
