Most of our items are personalized, therefore, we do not offer our items at wholesale. However, if your unit wants to purchase 10 or more book covers with the only difference being the name on the front, we will give a discount on 10 or more book covers.

What is a Green Book?

• The Green Book is a widely used item by many soldiers, NCOs and Officers. • It is a 5.5” X 8”, 92 page, ruled, white writing paper, green hardback book. • Also known as a US Military Log Record Book or Leader Book. • Found in most PXs. • Readily available from the unit supply sergeant and free to military personnel. • Leaders use them to take notes, keep track of sensitive items and other information.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom personalization is available on all of our journals and book covers. When you add your name, date, or phrase, you create the ultimate thoughtful gift.

• Keep the leather out of direct sunlight. • Keep the leather dry. If your leather journal becomes wet, let it air dry at room temperature - never dry it on a radiator or near a fire. • Wipe away dust with a non-abrasive, dry cloth. • Never use soap or chemicals to clean leather - only use a specialist cream. We do offer a LIFETIME Spit Shine: you ship us your item and $8 for return shipping and we will polish up your worn item. Message us for details.

Gift wrapping and packaging

• We offer gift wrapping in the checkout for $5.00.

We want you happy. If your product arrives defective, please reach out to us. We will do our best to resolve the issue. Most items are personalized, so we do ask that you please review your order carefully before checkout.

Processing and Shipping Times

Due to the demand of our items our wait time is 1-2 weeks to ship. Occasionally we are able to ship within 1 week but cannot make guarantees. Expedited processing is available for a slight upcharge for those who procrastinate. You are always welcome to ask what our current ship rate is. Expedited processing fees pay for the overtime of our staff to accommodate your shipping requests.

We use a medium BROWN leather dye and sometimes the dye color may not be exactly what you see on your screen. This can be due to computer resolutions or the process of tanning the leather. We purchase from several local shops, we do not tan our own leather. Therefore, please understand while our process is always the same, the end result may vary slightly from the stock photos. We will occasionally use BLACK upon special request. We prefer the brown because it shows the natural lines of the skin, (leather)
