What materials are the chains made from?

I source my chains from a large wholesaler, some are described as silver color and others are silver plated by the supplier (I prefer to use Silver Color as I am unable to verify if they are Silver Plated or not? - ) All the chains are described as Nickel Free For those will allergies I do offer a Cord option (Leather free), the fixings and clasps are still metal based.

Why not use Silver 925 Chains?

I have looked at this as an option, however Silver 925 is much softer than metal chains and is not available in all the different lengths I offer -

Do you offer Silver 925 Earrings?

Yes, this is available as an option for an extra £5 - 925 Silver is softer than the Silver Plate but is much better for those with allergies (They are also much shinier). The other fittings between the Hook and the Earring will normally be Silver Plate.

Are packages sent by a trackable service

All items are shipped using Etsy Labels - Options are for 1st and 2nd Class, this is not a tracked service but does provide proof of delivery, On Royal Mail's tracking page it will show items that have been dispatched as "Pre-Transit"

My item has arrived and it is damaged or laost

Unfortunately acrylic is a fragile material and despite all items being placed into a giftbox and then despatched in a cardboard box accidents will occur. Please contact Etsy Help via the Etsy website - A claim can be submitted for a full refund for lost or damaged items - Please be aware Royal Mail give all items 10 working days after the due delivery date until they are officially lost.

Non Allergic Necklaces

I now offer an option for cord necklaces (this is as a separate listing) - Cord necklaces take a lot longer to put together therefore I charge a fee of £1.99 per necklace. The fittings and clasps are metal (often silver plate).
