RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — EU BUYERS (Article 16(c) EU Directive 2011/83/EU)

Under EU consumer law, buyers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from an order within 14 days of delivery. However, please note the following legal exception that applies to the majority of our products.

EXCEPTION FOR PERSONALISED GOODS
In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. This includes our custom embroidered name patches, personalised badges, monogrammed items, and any product with custom text, colour, or design chosen by the buyer. This exception is communicated on each product listing before purchase.

WHEN WITHDRAWAL APPLIES
For any non-personalised, standard-stock item, you may exercise your 14-day withdrawal right by:
1. Notifying us via Etsy Messages within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number.
2. Returning the item unused and in its original condition within 14 days of your notice.
3. We will refund the purchase price (including standard outbound shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
Defective or damaged items are covered by our standard Returns Policy (30 days), regardless of personalisation.
