• After you place your order, message me with your SCANNED image. Unlike the recipe towels, I prefer a scanned image for this product.
• Please note any edits wanted in the personalization section (ie. keep recipe card graphics, remove recipe card graphics, remove lines, etc.) If nothing is noted, I will leave it to my discretion.

• I only accept scanned images for the recipe plates/platters.
• Scan your image using a flatbed scanner. If you do not have one at home, you can take it to your local library or any office store and they can scan it for you. Scanning offers the best quality image for this application.

As with the recipe towels, the average turn around is about 10-14 days from purchase to shipment. Once the product leaves our studio, we cannot guarantee issues that arise with USPS.

• HOW DO I WASH MY TOWEL? Regular machine wash with mild detergent; warm or cold water; NO fabric softener; Dry on low heat; NO ironing

• HOW DO I REMOVE STAINS FROM MY TOWEL? I have used both OxiClean and stain remover spray!

• ARE THE TEA TOWELS REALLY ABSORBENT? Yes, they are very absorbent... perfect for picking up any spill, drying dishes and even cleaning! They are a microfiber material that are made to be used!

• DO THE TOWELS LEAVE STREAKS? No, If you use them for cleaning... they will not leave any streaks behind!

• HOW ARE THE TOWELS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY? You can use these in replace of paper towels! Use them in the kitchen and for cleaning. Reduce your use of paper towels with these absorbent microfiber towels!
