Highlights
"Quilted Sky" is an original piece of art and perfect for the quilt lover in your life. In the sky is a lovely abstract quilt featuring a sun, moon and stars and tons of tiny patchwork pieces of fabric. Many hours and lots of love went into the making of this one of a kind original. It is sure to be a conversation piece.
"Quilted Sky" is approx. 12" x 16" and 1 1/2" deep and is fabric on cradled wood panel. It comes ready to hang and does not need to be framed since the sides are covered in fabric too. Please feel free to convo me if you have any questions.
My very own technique - Fabric on Wood Process- Each cut out piece of fabric is placed on the wood with a liquid starch and then polyurathaned several times. Some pieces are touched up with acrylic or oil paint, gel pens, oil pencils or anything I can get my hands on that I think will do the job.
