Most all of our jewelry is handmade using 100% 14k Gold-Filled and Fine Sterling Silver. However, we do also use some 22k Gold Vermeil. Each listing lists the exact materials used.

Gold-Filled jewelry is a beautiful, more durable and affordable alternative to solid gold. It consists of a genuine layer of gold that is permanently bonded onto a bass metal. It contains 100 times more gold than a gold-plated piece. It is extremely durable and therefore, will not chip, fade or tarnish. It is a great option for sensitive skin and with proper care, your gold-filled piece can truly last a lifetime.

Gold Vermeil is Sterling Silver that is heavily dipped in 14k Gold. Although the quality isn’t as durable as gold-filled it is still a great piece for anyone with sensitive skin.

Sterling Silver is the best silver jewelry on the market. Although it will natural tarnish, a quick polish will bring it back to its original shine.

• After every few wears, rinse pieces off with lukewarm water and gentle dry with a soft cloth. You can also add a drop of mild dish soap to water.
• If major tarnishing, you can use the polishing cloth that comes in your package. However, please note that over-polishing can be harmful to your jewelry - so use it with care.
• Although gold-filled and sterling silver jewelry can get wet - it is always wise to keep your jewelry away from things like perfume, hairspray, sunscreens and lotions to get the longest life out of your jewels.
• It is also wise to not wear jewelry to bed, in hot tubs, pools or the ocean.
• When not wearing, store your CLEAN and DRY piece in a closed bag or air-tight container.

Yes! Every piece comes beautifully packaged in a high quality box - perfectly ready for gift giving. Inside the box, each piece will hang on a custom designed and printed card with a heartfelt note. We also include a jewelry care card, polishing cloth, and blank gift note.

International Shipping:
• USPS First Class International: 6-10 Weeks

International shipping is taking up to 6 - 10 weeks for delivery due to COVID-19 delays. Please do not order if you expect faster delivery times. Once items leave our hands, we have no control over the time it takes to get to you. We are not responsible for undelivered or lost packages and will not give out refunds due to international shipping issues. If your package doesn't arrive, you will have to call your local postal service to see where it is located as we do not receive tracking information once it leaves the USA. Packages are often held up at customs and we have no control over that.
