Custom orders are welcome! Feel free to contact me with any questions or ideas you may have, and I'll be happy to collaborate with you.

Once we've finalized all details and your order is placed, I'll get started on your custom piece. All items are handmade, so it can take 14-21 business days to make your order. I'll update you with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on the way.

Please note, cancellations of custom made orders will not be accepted after the order has been placed.

Please contact me before returning your item or leaving negative feedback. My top priority is providing the best shopping experience possible - I'll do my best to resolve any issues or concerns you may have with your order.

I will send you my return address and instructions via message, so it's extremely important to message me before returning an item. If an item is sent back without contacting me first, I'm afraid I won't be able to process your return.

Once I've accepted your return request, please pack the item carefully in order to avoid breakage.

A full refund will be given once your returned parcel reaches the studio (excluding shipping costs).

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your parcel has shipped, I will update your order with a tracking number. I would love to hear from you once it reaches you!

If you need your item faster, please contact me and I will send you a quote for express shipping.

Lost shipment: I cannot be responsible for any lost shipments.
It's important to follow your tracking number in case of any delivery attempts or other updates. If you have any questions about your shipment, get in touch with me and I'll be happy to help.

At the moment, my shop only accepts payment via PayPal. Even if you don't have a PayPal account you can pay with your debit/credit card. Just check out as a guest, and you'll be directed to fill out your credit card details.

Ceramics and porcelain items are very delicate. Please be very careful while using your new dish-ware!

Each piece is suitable for dining, and can be used in a dishwasher, oven or microwave.
