When will my order ship?

Time varies by item. At times, due to heavy volume of orders, your order will take the full time needed to make your item. Please message me before ordering if you are on a short deadline, to ensure I can get your order to you on time. Keep in mind, choosing priority shipping does not ensure your order ships sooner. Priority shipping means it will take 1-4 days once shipped to you.

What colors of vinyl do you have?

I have a color chart in each listing to show the colors I have available.

What if my shipping address was wrong on my Etsy account?

Please check your shipping address as soon as you order. Please let me know as soon as possible of any changes. Packages returned to sender or not received due to the incorrect address will be at the buyers cost to reship.

What if my order has already shipped with incorrect shipping address?

The amount of reshipping fees, or replacing your item is at the buyers cost.

Will I get to see a proof of my design before you start making my items?

Yes. I send every custom a proof of their design before I start their order. In some cases if I do not hear back from a customer within 4 days, I may cancel your order or make it as I see it. It depends on the item and instructions I receive. I want to make sure your item is exactly as you want it.

Can I return my item?

I only issue refunds if there was an error on my part, if you are not satisfied with your item or it is damaged. I may ask for pictures of damaged items.

What does it mean if I chose "marked as gift"?

If you choose marked as gift, it simply means you will not receive an invoice in your order. You or the person receiving the gift will instead receive a note that the gift is from you.

Will I be able to check personalization to correct mistakes?

I will send a design proof to ensure your design is exactly as you would like it. You must get back to me WITHIN 4 DAYS of ordering to approve your proof to ensure I have all the correct information. If you do not get back to me in that time frame, your order may be cancelled, or sent as I best understand your instructions or sent exactly as the listing shows the example of design.

How long will it take to ship my order?

I try to ship your order out as quickly as I can. Please message me if you have a concern about your shipment date. Keep in mind, orders that come in on business days after 5pm EST may not be processed until the next business day. Saturday- Sunday do not count as business days.

This personalized big brother truck is super adorable! My grandson, who is 5, will love it.
