Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do you return shipping fees

In the event an item is defective or not as described, original shipping fees are returned. In the event the buyer happens to change his/her mind Buyer will be responsible for shipping both ways. Purchase price will be refunded on items returned in original condition.

How will my item be packaged

It's so important to me that your goodies arrive safely at your door. Please be sure to double check that your shipping address is correct. I am unable to return shipping fees do to an inaccurate address. I do my very best to ensure that your items are packaged well & will not be harmed during transit. Over the years I have found the best method for safe travel is to hinder the contents from shifting within the package. It is not uncommon for me to construct my own boxes to size. In an attempt to do my part for the planet I often recycle boxes & reuse packaging materials.

HELPFUL INFO FOR BUYERS

I do my best to describe items accurately & take photos in natural outdoor lighting but please consider computer monitors do vary slightly in color. Please be sure to click photos twice for a close up view of distressed finish prior to purchase. Signs are created in salvaged or new wood. Hand selected to suit the design theme, many are vintage/rustic inspired, I make no attempt to cover the unique beauty of natural characteristics such as knotholes, cracking, pitting, raised wood grain etc. Measurements are within 1/2"stated in listings. I aim to provide excellent customer service & hope you will be thrilled when opening your package. If for any reason you have a concern please contact me & together we can find a solution. Thank you :)

Although I do my best to take great photos. When purchasing items online sometimes it can be difficult for customers to visualize the true size of an item. I do recommend using a ruler or tape measure to get an accurate idea of the stated size prior to purchase. Another option for getting a feel of how your item will fit your space is to tape out the size of the item onto your wall with masking tape. All items will be created within 1/2" of stated dimensions. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Thank you.

Helpful Display Tips for hanging your items

In an effort to keep items affordable for my clients & since most people have these on hand at home. Pls note hardware (screws, anchors, nails & saw-tooth hangers) are typically not included in shipments. Most items will have pre-drilled holes in place of hangers. To easily hang my items - I typically beg my better half to do it lol If this isn't an option I recommend the following :) -Measure distance between holes on the back of your item from center of hole to center of other hole(s) (prior to making holes in your wall) -Use a ruler/ tape measure & a level duplicate this distance on your wall with a pencil mark - Nails are typically okay for lightweight items under 1lb, screws and/or anchors for heavier items - Enjoy your new item :)

SHIPPING DELAYS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

"The arrival time given on each listing should be considered an estimation & not an exact time frame" Once I hand off the package to the post office shipping time is beyond my control for this reason I am not able to do cancellations/refunds due to shipping delays. Thank you for your understanding

La Famiglia e Tutto - Family Is Everything, Italian wall art with a beautiful quote, that says it all. Every moment we treasure, whether it's a wedding, birth of a new baby, a great achievement, a holiday celebration - the love of a family surrounding us - makes those moments shine the brightest.

I think this sign would be wonderful just about anywhere in the home. Perfect over the mantle in the family room, over the bed, a foyer or displayed with a grouping of family photos. A great tribute to your Italian heritage. A thoughtful gift for Mom or Nonna. A beautiful housewarming gift for your favorite Italian family. Also makes a perfect wedding present or anniversary gift.

Constructed of solid Pine wood. Done in a rustic Farmhouse style in a distressed white paint finish with charcoal gray underlay & chippy, worn, edges. Lettering was printed in a distressed black ink. Entire piece was sanded over to give it that aged appearance which lends to that vintage sign feel.

Sign Measures ( 18"W x 3.5"H x .75"D) sealed with a protective clear coating, indoor use is recommended. Keyholes on back for easy wall display. Each wood piece has it's own natural characteristics. Your sign may vary slightly in finish from listing photos. This is a handmade item, no two will ever be exactly the same. Some pieces may have natural knotholes, raised wood grain, fractures or pitting. This is purposeful & intended to enhance the overall vintage theme.
