• Each grapevine wreath base may vary slightly in shape and size as it is a natural product.

• Listed sizes are approximate and are measured floral tip to tip on the widest part of the item.

• Bows are created with high quality wired ribbon. Each bow may vary slightly as it is a handmade product. All bow can be reshaped and fluffed after storing.

• Finished sizes are approximate and are measured tip to tip on the widest part of the bow.

● CARE

Products may fade over time or become damaged when exposed to direct sunlight or natural elements such as rain, hail etc. In order to prolong the life and color of your product it is advised:

• it be hung it in a covered location
• it be kept away from direct sun exposure
• it be hung in an area protected from direct weather or natural elements such as rain, hail etc..
• it NOT be hung in between a storm and front door as the temperatures in that enclosed space
can exceed 200 degrees causing extreme damage

● STORAGE

It is advised you use the box that your order arrived in to store your wreath or bow.

● FREE SHIPPING only applies to the Continental United States. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, FPO/APO or PO BOX.

• Orders with Free shipping will be shipped with the most economical carrier at our sole discretion: USPS, FedEx or UPS.

• You will receive a tracking number when your item ships

• Shipping will ONLY be made to the address that is provided through Etsy payments.

• If a package is returned to The Red Rustic Rose, for any reason the buyer must pay shipping for item to be shipped out again. This includes incorrect address provided by the buyer.

● Bows are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

As all items are made to order each has its own individual processing time and it is shown in the shipping section of the listing.

Processing time is the time from when an order is received, item is made to when it is ready to ship out. This is listed in business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and Holidays.

Occasionally during peak times our shipping dates may be extended without notice but we will ALWAYS do our best to create and ship within the timeframe given.
