Custom and personalized orders

I love custom orders and offer free design creation for all medical needs! Almost all of my outfits can be personalized free of charge. Please do note, that we do not accept returns on anything that is personalized.

Please note that I use Gerber Onesies® and they DO run small. It is noted in the listing and on the sizing chart. Please make sure to go up a size.

Wash on cold with non-alkaline mild detergent and hang dry for longevity! Do not iron - NO BLEACH. NO DREFT.

Gift wrapping and packaging

During the holiday season our gift wrapping is turned on for $3. You can see an example of the wrapping in each listing. If you would like gift wrapping outside of the holiday season, please send us a message.

Items Lost in the Mail

If by some chance an item appears lost in the mail, I would be more than willing to issue out a replacement to you. However during these unprecedented times the wait time for a replacement will be a little longer. This is because a lot of items are delayed and sometimes delivered without getting scanned. For these reasons, I also will not send a refund for the order until a substantial time has passed. This is because items have shown up long after their intended date and it helps us to stave off dishonesty.

The only vinyl I use is with glitter designs and our newest designs that go on black bodysuits. Otherwise these are designs that are printed with special ink and applied with an industrial heat press. As such, your outfit will arrive with some hand to it (a soft outline) which will fade away after first wash. I would love to send them without the hand but we are legally not allowed to prewash baby items.

Loved my onesie I gave as a gift! I couldn’t find a sample of the brown watercolor, so I asked the seller to send me a picture when I placed my order. I received the onesie rather quickly, but never received a sample pic. Fortunately, I was very happy with the colors!!
