When will my order be shipped?

We ship all of our orders within 1 business day. Our prints are collected each working weekday.

What shipping company do you use?

We use Royal Mail shipping unless another option is chosen at checkout. Royal Mail then work with their delivery partners in each country. For example, they pass mail onto USPS in the US.

Do your prints come framed or can you provide a frame?

Our prints are unframed. We do not sell prints with frames. However, we can advise on sizes or edit prints to fit within a frame size if asked.

Do you create custom orders?

Please message us individually for this. We can create custom orders but these may cost more than the prints listed.

What if my item is not delivered on time?

We ship orders quickly but we cannot guarantee delivery times at the moment due to the current situation with the Covid-19 pandemic. We will work with buyers to identify any potential delays in delivery. Please message us through Etsy if you are concerned about your order.

What happens if my print has been returned to you because of an incorrect address?

Buyers are responsible for inputting addresses. If your address was incorrect on your order and is returned to us, then buyers are responsible for additional postage costs. Postage will be subtracted from refunds.

I see that your delivery states between 2 - 8 weeks for estimated delivery to the US. Does this mean that I will have to wait up to 8 weeks for my item to be delivered?

These estimates are based on worst case scenarios. Many of our packages are reaching their destination quickly. However, there may be some delays in delivery due to the current pandemic. If you have any questions regarding delivery, we welcome buyers to message us.

What if I am not happy with my order when I receive it?

Please directly contact us to discuss any issues.

When is my item classed as 'lost'?

In the UK, packages are not classed as lost until 30 days from dispatch. Internationally, many things can delay packages including customs delays. These are not classed as lost until at least 6 weeks from shipping.

A6, A5 and A4 prints are packaged in an acid free protective sleeve, and placed in a hard-backed rigid envelope.

A3 and A2 prints are rolled in an acid free protective sleeve which is then placed in a rigid postal tube.
Our protective sleeve not only protects your print, it also makes it easier to remove your print from the postal tube without any damage this also makes it easier to flatten your image out, ready to hang onto your walls.

Shipping via UK Royal Mail:

• Estimated delivery time 1 - 3 business days within the UK
• Estimated delivery time 3 - 5 business days within the EU
• Estimated delivery time 5 - 14 business days outside of Europe

(weekends and public holidays are not classed as business days)

Please note that for international deliveries Royal Mail allow 21 business before they declare an item lost.

In the unlikely event that your item is lost in the post and has passed the 21 business days that Royal Mail allow, Please contact us and we will ship you a new print.
