I will package and ship your painting within 2 to 3 days once payment has been processed. I insure all of my orders and will provide a tracking number once shipped. I ask all customers to inspect their new piece of art very carefully to make sure that damages did not occur while shipping. Customers have 24 hours to email me of any damages so I can resolve the issue quickly. The customer must hold on to all original packaging in order for a claim to be processed. If the original packaging is not available, I am not able to help in the claim process and it is the customers full responsibility. It is my top priority that my paintings are of the highest quality and that the customer has a worry free experience.
