Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Personalized items are made to order and may require additional handling time. Orders enter production after proof approval when applicable. If no proof is required, production begins immediately based on the submitted order details.

Order Accuracy & Errors

Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order, including spelling, dates, and formatting. For label orders, proofs are provided and must be reviewed. Approved or unresponded proofs are produced as submitted. Buyer errors require a new order. Seller errors will be corrected at no cost. Proof Approval & Production If a proof is provided, it must be reviewed and approved within 24 hours. If no response is received, the proof is considered approved and production will begin. Once production starts, changes cannot be made. Rush orders may proceed without proof approval to meet shipping timelines.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Personalized orders enter production quickly, often within 24 hours. Changes, cancellations, or address updates cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed. Once a proof is created or sent, the order is considered in production and cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Methods & Responsibility

Shipping Methods & Responsibility We offer USPS Priority (3–5 days), USPS Express (1–3 days, not guaranteed), and UPS services including Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day, and Overnight. Once shipped, delays, lost packages, or delivery issues are outside our control and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed due to Etsy system limitations. If an incorrect address was entered, we strongly recommend placing a new order with the correct address and requesting cancellation of the original order immediately.

Proofs are provided by request for engraved items and automatically for most printed items. If requested, proofs are sent within 1–2 business days. Customers must monitor Etsy messages, including spam folders. Orders will proceed if no response is received within 24 hours. What if I don't respond to my proof ? Proofs are typically held for 24 hours for approval. If no response is received within this timeframe, we will proceed with engraving and/or printing as shown. Once this period has passed, revisions cannot be made, as the item may already be engraved, printed, or shipped.

Engraving Disclaimer & Design Services

Laser engraving produces a permanent frosted or etched finish. Color engraving is not available. Emojis and certain symbols cannot be engraved due to technical limitations. Design Services We are happy to match or replicate designs you provide. There is no additional fee for basic artwork adjustments or layout customization prior to proof approval.

Damaged or Missing Items

Damaged or Missing Items All damage or missing item claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Customers must retain all packaging and provide photos of the box, contents, and shipping label. Failure to retain packaging may prevent claim approval or replacement eligibility. Missing Items / Partial Orders Policy • All missing item claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery • Customers must retain all original packaging • Customers must present the package to USPS for inspection 👉 No exceptions: We are unable to replace or refund missing items without USPS inspection of the original packaging. IMPORTANT: Please verify contents before discarding packaging. Missing items cannot be replaced without USPS inspection.

Returns & Exchanges (Defective Only)

We guarantee your 100% satisfaction and understand that returns are sometimes necessary. If a return is due to an error on our part, please contact us and we will make it right. If a return is requested due to a change of mind, we accept unopened, unused, non-personalized items within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued minus original shipping costs (including free shipping) and a 15% restocking fee. Great Little Favor Co does not accept returns on personalized, printed, edible items, candy, or tins—including tins shipped without labels. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Items must be securely packaged and shipped insured.

Empty tins ship with labels unattached for easy assembly. Filled tins arrive assembled, labeled, and safety-sealed. Candy options include peppermint, Skittles, Jelly Belly®, and M&M’s®. Back labels, if ordered, ship unattached. Mint Tin Orders: If proof approval is not received in time, stickers will be shipped unattached to the tins.
