How long will the shipping take? Is a tracking number available for my package?

Do you sell any copyrighted items?

We are committed to offering a wide range of sterling silver craft supplies to designers worldwide. Consequently, we take intellectual property infringement very seriously. We make every effort to ensure that the items in our store do not infringe on intellectual property rights. If you discover an item in our store that may infringe on intellectual property rights, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We will work diligently with you to address and rectify the situation.

Are your items made from recycled materials? Why are some of your sterling silver items not stamped with 925 or 990?

Our sterling silver items can indeed be made from recycled materials, which is better for the environment. They are all eco-friendly. The absence of a stamp can occur during the production process for a couple of reasons. One common reason is that the item's design or module is too small to accommodate a stamp of 925 or 990. Additionally, there are instances where the manufacturer simply forgets to apply the stamp. If the lack of a stamp raises any concerns for you, please don't hesitate to contact us to confirm whether a specific item is stamped.

Do you offer custom jewelry based on my own design? Could you provide more information about your engraved items?

Yes, we certainly offer custom jewelry based on your own design. The minimum quantity requirement for custom designs varies depending on the specifics of your design. Our engraving is deep and not just surface laser engraving. We can engrave any text or logo of your choice. The engraving is available in two colors: white and black. Additionally, we can apply an 18K gold plated finish to the engraved items. For more details, you can visit the relevant category in our store. https://www.etsy.com/shop/SterlingSilverBox?ref=seller-platform-mcnav%C2%A7ion_id&section_id=34296598

Why is there an additional remote shipping surcharge for DHL Express?

Please be aware that if your shipping address is located in a remote district under the DHL Express system, an additional remote area surcharge may apply to your shipment. This surcharge is determined by DHL Express and covers the extra costs associated with delivering to remote locations. For further details or to check if your address qualifies for this surcharge, please contact us or DHL Express directly before placing your order. Thank you for your understanding.

Who will pay the sale taxs?

The sale taxes are the responsibility of the customer and is collected by Etsy. Etsy then remits this tax to the appropriate tax authority in the buyer's country. If you qualify for a tax exemption, please let us know—we’d be happy to help you with the refund process.

What is 'Sterling Silver E-coated'? I see it as a category in your store.

The E-coating process involves applying a thin, clear, protective layer to these sterling silver items to enhance their resistance to tarnishing and scratches. This is done by immersing the silver item in a water-based solution containing a paint emulsion and then applying an electric voltage, which causes the emulsion to condense onto the item’s surface. The result is a durable coating that preserves the appearance and longevity of the sterling silver without altering its look. In our store, the "Sterling Silver E-coated" category features sterling silver products that have been treated this way, offering customers added durability and protection against wear over time.

What is 14K gold filled? What is 14K gold vermeil?

Gold filled jewelry is made by bonding a layer of karat gold to a brass inner core. Our gold filled items contain 1/20th 14 karat gold, which means they are composed of 5% 14 karat gold by weight, with a brass inner core. 14K gold vermeil jewelry features a sterling silver base coated with a thick layer of 14K gold—at least 2.5 microns thick. Our 14K gold layer is 1 micron thick, which is 40 times thicker than most standard gold-plated jewelry. To set it apart, we call it "Vermeil Style"—giving you a more luxurious look than typical gold plating, but at a fraction of the cost of solid gold. While durable, it still requires proper care to prevent tarnishing, so avoid exposure to water, chemicals, and harsh environments.

Can you do gold plating for your products? Can I have a shiny color of your oxidized items?

Certainly, we can provide gold plating for our products. We offer 14K, 18K, and 22K gold plating options in both yellow and rose gold. Our standard gold-plated items have a 1-micron gold layer, which is significantly thicker than most gold-plated jewelry. We can also accommodate 2.5 micron gold plating, but please note that this option requires a minimum order quantity (MOQ). If you're interested, please let us know, and we can provide you with a customized quotation. In addition, we can provide shiny finishes for our oxidized items upon request. If you have specific preferences or any questions regarding these options, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for further information.
