Custom and personalised orders

Almost any item I sell can be customised especially for you. Please just send me a message if you would like an item customised or use the custom order box at checkout. Please note that customised items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

I try to list all the sizes of my items on my listings but if size is important to you and you cannot see any sizing information then please contact me before ordering the item and I will be happy to provide you with this information.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All of my items are securely packaged in either jiffy bags, board backed envelopes or boxes and tissue paper gift wrapping comes as standard. I do also offer a gift wrapping service for an additional fee which will see your order wrapped in a pretty metallic giftwrap and tied with a real ribbon bow.

Wholesale availability

I am quite happy to offer wholesale prices on bulk buys. Please just contact me.

I'm afraid I do not accept returns on any custom made or personalised items as these cannot be resold. If you wish to return any other product for a refund please contact me to advise you wish to return the item(s). The buyer is responsible for any return costs (unless the item is faulty) and these will not be refunded by me nor will any original shipping costs. I only accept returns if it has firstly been agreed that the item may be returned.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

I promise that I work very hard to get your order to you as quickly as I can but please take notice of my turnaround times on my listing as this give you a rough idea on when you expect the item to ship. All my items are made to order so I will make or design the item as soon as I possible can for you as soon as your order is received. If you require your item by a certain date please feel free to contact me to ensure that I am aware of this and I shall do everything in my power to ensure your item arrives in time.

What is the difference between the logo design express service and the standard service?

I offer two different logo design services. With my standard turnaround service you will receive your initial logo designs between 18-25 days of ordering depending on my turnaround at the time of order. My express service guarantees to provide you with initial designs within three working days of placing your order and all amendments take priority over my standard service customers.

My custom design services such as logos, flyers etc are made just for you. I'm afraid that once work has started I am unable to issue a refund on any of these items, even you then chose to use a different designer. All my design services come with unlimited changes included for free so I am more than happy to keep changing an initial design until you are happy but as stated above, once work has commenced then no refunds can be issued. Proofs are issued for custom printing items such as stickers, business cards etc & these should be checked very carefully for errors (including spelling) as once approved the items will be printed exactly like the proofs. The seller cannot accept any responsibility for printing errors once a proof is approved.
