For scenting you kind of have to experiment to find what you like best. I've tried essential oils, fragrance oils (probably my favorite), room sprays, etc.

You can find fragrance oils at most craft stores in the candle and soap making section, or even at places like Amazon, Target, & Walmart.

When using heat transfer vinyl (HTV), infusible inks, fabric paints, inkjet transfers etc. to decorate your felt blanks please refer to the application instructions provided for those materials.

MDF - Don't forget to peel the protective coating! You can use rubbing alcohol and soft cloth to remove possible smoke residue the remains. We usually press at 380-400 degrees F for 60 seconds.

I process orders REALLY FAST so please contact me ASAP if you need to cancel, and note that custom or digital items cannot be returned.

In most cases I will accept returns if you contact me within 7 days of delivery, and return in new/unused condition within 14 days of delivery; please expect up to a 30% restock fee, and note that the customer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

If your order has already shipped unfortunately we cannot reroute it.

If you have recently moved and have a forwarding address sometimes the package will be sent to your new address. If you do not have a forwarding address, or it has expired, it's possible the package will be left at the old address or be returned to me.

If the package is left at your old address unfortunately there is nothing we can do. If a package is returned to me your order will be refunded less shipping charges. You can place a new order with the correct shipping address.

Please be sure to double check that your shipping address is correct with any online orders. We cannot cover additional shipping charges to send a package to different address.

The availability of downloadable files is not guaranteed indefinitely. We extend a 30-day window, starting from the date of your purchase, during which you may access and download the files you have acquired. Should you encounter any difficulties during this period, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.

After the initial 30 days following your purchase, regrettably, we can no longer assure you access to digital downloads. Please note we retain the right to revoke the license agreement when circumstances necessitate such action. In this event, we will be unable to issue refunds.
