This colorful African jewelry set contains three necklaces and bracelet. You can choose each part separatly or make your own set choosing items you like the most. One necklace is choker necklace (about 16 inches), other tribal with 4 layers (about 2o inches) and tribal neclace with circle pendant. Bracelet perfactly goes with each necklace. IThe bracelet on the picture has a silky rope for tying, but if you want chain with hook, please message me. The necklaces are bold statement jewelry but they are light for wearing. They are made by natural cotton, silky and saten thread and quality rope, so they are comfortable for wearing. If you have any question, be free to contact me.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I don`t accept cancellation.

• As most of our items are handmade, I do my very best to accurately describe them and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

• Exchange is possible if I'm contacted within 3 days of receiving. Items and packaging must be in the condition they were delivered to the customer. So keep in mind that you send the items return in a sturdy packaging, or if discussed otherwise. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the costs to send back the item. Please make sure you use a tracking service when sending any items back.

• Should an item get lost in the mail, I'm afraid I won't be able to refund you, but I make every effort to get each package out safely.

• Please know that once your order is placed, you automatically agree with our policies. So be kind and respect our small business policies when making a purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

SHIPPING POLICY

• Please make sure the address you check out with is the address I ship to, otherwise you will need to let me know if you need it to be shipped somewhere else. I am not responsible for orders that were shipped to the wrong address if it was the one you used to check out with.
* In case you have not been able to receive the package (you are not at home or you confirmed wrong address on Etsy), the package will be in your post for 10 days. After that period the package will be sent back to me. That means that I am exposed to additional costs (return shipping cost) that is not my fault. In that case, the refund will not be possible. So please check with your posts has the package arrived and get it.

• I try to ship all orders within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday). At times when I experience a higher volume of orders this time period may be extended. Necklaces are custom made by hand. So it might take a while to process orders sometimes. This because we put quality before quantity.

• The exact shipping date is always indicated by etsy during checkout. Which is also the date your order is scheduled to be shipped. If you are lucky sometimes we ship orders even a few days earlier.

• I do not ship or work on orders during weekends and holidays in order to spend time with my family.

• Usually international orders will be delivered within 7-14 business days from the moment they were shipped. Please note in exceptional cases it may happen that it can take up to 30 business days for international delivery, as there are many factors which can delay international mail. Unfortunately, I have no influence on the delivery time once your order is shipped. International delivery times can vary greatly. These depend entirely on the country, location and the postal service. Therefore I cannot guarantee timely arrivals of international orders.
The purchaser is responsible for any customs, duty, tax charged by your specific county.

QUESTIONS

• If you have any questions., don't hesitate to shoot me a message. I endeavor to answer all questions within 48 hours, but this can take longer during peak periods and holidays. Respect that and be patient. I simply aim to provide you with a clear and personal response. This because like mentioned earlier we value quality more than quantity.

• Any questions submitted over the weekend should be answered on the following Monday. On weekends, long weekends and holidays, we unplug to find new haunts and adventures so don’t be alarmed if you haven’t heard from me right away. And keep in mind there can be also a time difference.
