This design of the shrug is convertible. First option is the hole (circle) on the back. In this case, you'll not have anything on the chest. Second option is when dressed through the hole. In this case, you'll have some part of the shrug in the back and on the chest. In other words, the main idea of this shrug design is hole (circle) which gives the opportunity to wear the shrug as two different items. The pictures shows both types of wearing.
