Do you do take commissions??

Yes! We have completed several custom cloak commissions, and are also willing to make custom clothing, jewelry or other crafts! When we take a commission we talk with the client about what they want, choose materials and designs etc. After the design is finalized, we will give the customer a quoted price. If they agree on our price, we charge half up front (to cover our material costs and risk) and half on completion. In the case of a completed commission that a client refuses to purchase, we reserve the right to sell it to someone else. We will make every good faith attempt to contact a client if they do not respond upon item completion and will generally give them 30 days to respond and complete their transaction.

Your Chokers don't fit me!. Can you adjust their size?

Yes! we can easily adjust the length of any of our chokers by changing the length of the attached extender chain. Just send us a note with your order and we can get it in the right size!!

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship domestically to the USA, and offer international shipping to the U.K. Canada, and Australia. We sometimes consider shipping to other nations; so If you see an item in our shop that you would like to order, and live outside of a area send us a message. We decide whether or not we can ship internationally on a case-by-case basis.
