Gift wrapping and packaging

I take every precaution when packing orders for shipment. Extra bubble wrap is used to ensure no movement in the box, cookies are packed in a way to keep them stable and snug, and the box is labeled fragile on all 6 sides, however, excessive handling can happen in transit. If your package arrives and the box has damage that occurred during transit, and your cookies are broken as a result, please file a claim with the postal service. If the box is not damaged and some cookies are broken, please reach out to me so that we can work out a solution. I do not offer gift packaging at this time.

Can cookies be personalized?

I will gladly customize cookies with names, dates, etc. at no extra charge. Please leave details in notes at check out.

Cookies will maintain freshness in the original packaging for up to 2 weeks at room temperature. Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months and thawed at room temperature to avoid condensation on the icing. PLEASE DO NOT REFRIGERATE YOUR COOKIES...IT WILL CAUSE CONDENSATION AND JUST MAKE YOU SAD :( To freeze for a longer period of time I recommend to leave in original packaging. Wrap in freezer paper individually and place in a freezer bag with air expressed out or using a vacuum sealer on gentle setting.

Custom and personalized orders

Because of the nature of my products, returns and exchanges are not possible.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are available upon request. Please contact me with your design ideas and date needed to ensure my availability for your order.

Does your product contain nuts/allergens?

My products do not contain any nuts/tree nuts. I do NOT at this time offer gluten free products because I cannot guaranty that particles of wheat flour can be completely removed from my production area safely for someone with severe gluten allergies.

What if shipping is delayed?

All orders are shipped via USPS 2-3 day priority mail (unless expedited shipping is chosen at checkout). I CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS/MISTAKES/MISSTEPS WITHIN THE USPS. If your package is delayed, re-routed, damaged by the USPS or lost, please go to your local post office to file a claim. I make all efforts to ship orders 5-7 days prior to when you want them in hand to allow for any possible delays. Once they are in the hands of the postal carrier, it is out of my control. You will receive an email with the tracking info when your shipping label is created. Once you package is on the move, it is your responsibility, not mine, to track your package and know when to expect delivery.

My processing time from the time the order is placed to the time of shipping is currently at 10-14 days. I ask that you please plan accordingly when placing an order. Rush orders may not be available during the Holiday season. When ordering, please provide me with the date you need your order and I will plan the ship date to meet your needs. My standard policy is to ship cookies 5-7 days prior to that date to ensure the freshest cookies for your event unless otherwise asked. Please note that I can only guaranty the ship date, not the delivery date. You will be notified that your order has shipped and provided with a tracking number as soon as your package is in the hands of the USPS.

Rush Orders are available for an additional fee. If you need your order rushed, please add the appropriate option from the Rush My Order listing to your cart when ordering. If this is not added your order will be fulfilled and shipped within my standard time of 10-14 days. PLEASE CHECK WITH ME FIRST....RUSH ORDERS MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON.

Shipping to multiple address.

When wanting to ship as gifts to multiple addresses, each order must be placed individually with address provided.
