These handmade paracord dog collars are made with the king cobra paracord stitch. There are two styles available: Slip design or with a buckle.

The "Slip" design is good for dogs whose neck may be bigger than their head, such as my very own bulldog-pitbull mix. With the Slip design I can tighten up the collar to avoid my dog slipping out and getting loose.

The Buckle design is still a king cobra stitch, but instead has a buckle. This collar is your basic buckle design and is great for all types of dogs.

How to measure for collars
1) If you currently have a well fitting collar - remove collar, use a cloth measuring tape and measure the inside diameter.
2) If you do not have a collar to measure, have your pet sit up and measure around their neck with a cloth tape measure.

If you do not have a cloth measuring tape, use string, or strip of paper and then put that next to a ruler for the measurement.

For size reference, I would recommend (All sizes depend on how long you want it to hang down);
Small 16” (29 ft of cord used) inside diameter is 16 inches
Medium 18” (34 ft of cord used) inside diameter is 18 inches
Large 20" (40 ft of cord used) inside diameter is 20 inches
Ex-Large 22" (47 ft of cord used) inside diameter is 22 inches

It is perfect for repairing clothing by taking the inner strands out and use as thread or fishing line, great for hunting, and camping. Whether you need a quick shoe lace or to tie down items.
