1. DIGITAL PRINTABLE file in jpeg and non-editable pdf formats sent to your e-mail
2. PRINTED backdrop which we make with the best quality materials and inks and shipped right to your doorstep!
(We ONLY make the printed backdrop. It does NOT INCLUDE the dessert table or favors shown in the picture)

**** PRODUCT DETAILS ****
You have the option of choosing:
1. DIGITAL FILE ONLY - You will be responsible for printing it yourself in the local printing lab of your choice
OR
2.PRINTED BACKDROP - We will print and ship a PRINTED backdrop to you.

**** DIGITAL FILE DETAILS ****
This is a DIGITAL FILE that will be e-mailed to you. This is NOT a PRINTED backdrop that will be shipped to you. You need to take this digital file to your local printing shop to get it printed.

The wording can be customized to anything you like.

You will receive high-resolution non-editable PDF and JPG files to the e-mail address you have linked to your ETSY account within 24 hours from the order date.

The standard file is sized to be printed 6 ft wide by x 4 ft tall. If you need it a different size, please let me know and I will try to help you to size it according to your printing requirements.
**** PRINTED BACKDROP DETAILS ****

Our backdrops are printed on 440-gsm vinyl, which is lightweight, tear-resistant, and comes in a matte finish.

SIZES:
We offer many different sizes (the first number is the width and the second is the height):
3 x 1.7 ft = 36 x 20.4 inches
4 x 2.5 ft = 48 x 30 inches
6 x 2.5 ft = 72 x 30 inches
4 x 4 ft = 48 x 48 inches
6 x 4 ft = 72 x 48 inches
8 x 4 ft = 48 x 96 inches

We also have most of our backdrops in EXTRA LARGE sizes. We offer the Extra Large backdrops in the following sizes:

10 x 6 ft = 120 x 72 inches
10 x 8 ft = 120 x 96 inches
12 x 6 ft = 144 x 72 inches
12 x 8 ft = 144 x 96 inches
All our banners are horizontal (landscape). If you need a Vertical backdrop, please let us know!

FOR AN ADDITIONAL PRICE YOU CAN ORDER GROMMENTS, which are 1/2-inch metal grommets that reinforce holes on the top and bottom of our vinyl banners. These allow quick, easy, and secure mounting. You can add grommets to your order using this listing:

PROCESSING: We need 1-2 business days of processing time to prepare your banner, before getting it printed and shipped to you.

SHIPPING: after 1 -2 business days of processing time, we offer STANDARD FREE 8 business days shipping for our PRINTED backdrops.
If you need it faster than that, please let us know. We can rush most of the orders to 3 and 6 business days for an additional price.
Our printable digital files are sent to your e-mail within 1-2 days after ordering.

**** CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS ****

STEP TWO: Add it to your cart
STEP THREE: Please include the text you want in the Notes to Seller section of the order
STEP FOUR: Select the shipping option you want (only for PRINTED backdrops)

You will receive a preview within 1-2 business days from the order date to the e-mail address that is linked to your Etsy account.

Once you have approved the design,
- You will receive an e-mail with your high-resolution files attached (DIGITAL FILES orders only)
OR
- Your PRINTED backdrop will be produced and shipped to the shipping address linked to your Etsy account

**** REFUNDS & EXCHANGES ****

Due to the nature of our products, there are NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS or EXCHANGES once your order has been placed. If your product arrives with any defects let us know through and we will let you know how to proceed.
