Can I track my order after it has shipped?

All orders ship from Greece by First Priority Registered Mail. Your package will be delivered by your National Post Carrier. Online tracking for International Registered Mail is not available from all National Post Carriers. I cannot guarantee that you will be able to track your order after it leaves Greece. That depends on the services provided from your National Post Carrier.

My order is lost in the mail. What can I do?

All orders are shipped with registered mail so they have a tracking number. If you have a tracking number your package cannot get lost. In the worst case it will be returned to the sender. If that happens, I will contact you to arrange re-shipping it. The extra shipping cost will be covered by the customer.If there is no reply within 3 days,a refund of the order will be given, minus shipping. If the package is not returned to me, there is nothing I can do.

What happens if an item arrives damaged?

If an item has arrived damaged, photographic evidence must be provided in order to get a replacement or a refund.

A lovely silver plated locket with a hand painted cabochon. This unique piece has been created by using unusual mediums to get this vampiric look. The mix of red with silver creates a fantastic effect! A locket perfect for a vampire, steampunk or gothic look .

The locket measures 40 x 30 mm and it opens so you can place a picture inside. It comes with a 24" gorgeous silver plated chain. Matching ring also available in my store.

Comes packed in an organza pouch.

All items ship carefully packaged in bubble wrap envelopes by registered mail.
Tracking number and proof of postage will be provided.
