Custom and personalized orders

I gladly accept cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the made to order photos. **For my sports door signs/tags & wine glasses: My signs & wine glasses are all designed and made by RockStar Designs and are not endorsed by any of the teams, NCAA, NFL, NHL or MLB and I am not affiliated or sponsored by any of the teams. ***For my dishtowels: They are not licensed products. They are all handmade with licensed NCAA, NFL, MLB or NHL fabric. They are not endorsed by any of the teams and I am not affiliated or sponsored by any of the teams.

For the tumblers & glasses: please do not put them in the dishwasher. Please hand wash and pat dry. Please note that the more delicate designs require more gentle washing. For the kitchen dishtowels, they are 100% cotton and have been pre-washed prior to the fabric being stitched on to prevent shrinking. They are machine washable and dryer safe. For the door tags: The door tags come screwed together. They have 2 coats of polycrylic on them, but they are best suited to be indoors or hanging on a door with a porch or a screen door to protect them from the elements. Simply wipe lightly with a damp cloth and pat dry.

What if my product is damaged during delivery?

RockStar Designs IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS VIA SHIPPING. If something is damaged, please immediately take photos of the item and send them to me. I will be happy to discuss with you and work something out. If your item is returned to me as not deliverable by USPS because of the wrong address being provided, we are not responsible for paying for the item to be reshipped. We are also not responsible if there is a delay in delivery due to the carrier. *Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, shipments via the USPS have been delayed. Once the package leaves my hands at the post office, I cannot be responsible for delays in delivery. I appreciate your patience and understanding and I'm sure the postal service does as well :)

What if I accidentally put the wrong address in for shipping?

The best thing to do is cancel your order (you have an hour to do so) and re-order the item with the correct shipping address.

What if I don't receive my item even though USPS says it is delivered?

You must report a missing package to me within 7 days of the expected delivery date or I cannot properly help you search for it. Packages rarely are lost and if they are, we need ample time to file a missing mail claim with the USPS.

Customer satisfaction is my absolute number one priority! If for any reason you are extremely unhappy with your purchase, please do not write a negative review or give a negative rating. My shop depends on the status and I am willing to go above and beyond to ensure your customer satisfaction. I am here for you so please contact me if you have any problems with your order!
