If the cost of banana and ramie were the same, I'd buy banana every time, hands down. This stuff is lovely and soft with a nice luster. Not as stiff and crisp as linen. Easy to spin. It takes dye SUPER well. I love this stuff and if I had a lot of disposable income, I'd be buying pounds of this every month. In this picture, you'll see all the different fibers I've purchased from this vender and dyed: ramie, cotton, banana, and linen (+ some tencel purchased elsewhere.) I'm very pleased with this seller.
