All is Sterling Silver,but if you want customized Gold or Platinum,that is also available.

Q3: Can I get the exact skull pearl in the picture?

Usually the skull pearl in the picture is sold. But if you want to choose one yourself, just message me ,I will photo the ones in stock.

Q4:Gift wrapping and packaging

I pack very securely: All jewelry or sculptures are packed in the gift box,then in the mailbox to prevent damage to the contents.

Q5:Parcel is not arrived

Email me if the parcel not arrived after 30 days. If the parcel is lost, I make a refund or reshipping jewelry of your choice. I take care of my every buyer that you got that ordered and be satisfied.

Jewelry will be shipped within 3-5days after payment is received. Parcel will go for about 2 weeks by standard shipping,while 4-7 days by DHL-express. After sending, I'll provide the tracking number and you will be able to track all the movements of the parcel.

This item is even more beautiful in person. The owner went above and beyond to make sure it was packaged extra securely and kept me completely updated from time of purchase to the time of arrival. She also let me pick out the exact carved pearl I wanted out of a bunch, which I very much appreciated. She was also able to make it in a half-size, which not a lot of ring stores I've bought from on Etsy do, which is so impressive, so they fit my fingers perfectly.
