If melting occurs with whipped butter

Whipped Butters: Place it in the refrigerator. The melting will not affect the quality of the whipped butter as a great moisturizer, but the whipped consistency will change. It will become more like a body balm.

Melted whipped butter is not fluffy and looks like less butter? Whipping adds tiny air bubbles (just like whipping cream) that increase the size, lightens the density and changes the texture, making the butter light and fluffy. If a whipped product melts, the air bubbles are collapsed, so the volume is decreased. So although the jar was filled to the top, if the butter melts, there will be less volume in the container. The container may actually look half full. Simply allow it to naturally solidify at room temperature. Once hardened to your preference, remove butter from the jar and put in a clean bowl and mix it with an electric mixer to return to its fluffy whipped texture.

I haven't received my package?

My package says “Delivered” but I have not received it.

We are not responsible for LOST/STOLEN packages after tracking information from USPS says “delivered”. No refund will be issued or order reshipped if the USPS has updated your package status as “delivered. You must file a claim with USPS about your missing package.

My Whipped Hair Butter or Body Butter Feels "Solid".

FYI-If this happens!! Raw Butters are naturally "Solid" or "Hard". When we break it down to a whipped form, it is creamy at first but over time with sitting at room temperature it will slightly Solidly naturally. Not as hard as it's natural state, It will be soft enough to scoop out of the jar and will become creamy/fluid at body temperature when rubbed in hands. Then can be easily applied to body or hair.

(Preservatives are used in our conditioners and butters with Aloe Vera). We try to keep our products as Natural and Pure as possible. 🚨Whipped Butters ONLY: Shipping in Spring/Summer melting may occur. Because we do not use "Emulsifiers", We keep our body butters "NATURAL".
SPRING/SUMMER MONTHS: We highly recommend ordering our whipped products to be delivered to an address where items will not sit in the heat for long periods of time. Melting usually does not happen during “Transit” it happens when the package has been “Delivered” and sitting outside too long. Unfortunately, melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during delivery. We do ship "Single Butter" orders in a Cool Shield Bubble Metallic Mailers but it is no guarantee products will not melt. After placing an order, please make sure to check your tracking often and delivery status. We advise removal from mailboxes, front porches and etc; upon delivery. Melting does not affect to quality of the ingredients, however it will no longer be "whipped" after it solidifies it will be more of a "balm" texture.

I ordered the Amla and Aloe twisting cream because my hair was drying out with some name brand products and was in need of some moisture only natural ingredients can bring. After opening the jar I immediately noticed how great the smell of the product is. It isn’t sticky or greasy and goes onto the hair nicely. My hair is soft, curls defined and my hair is well moisturized after application. It’s a great product and I’m a fan! Thank you Lena!
