Very dainty and beautiful. I wish I would have gotten the necklace with it but I found one. It doesn't quite match, which is why I am kinda bummed with myself for not getting the necklace with the charm. I didn't need customer service. It shipped and arrived on time and they packaged it very well and with a lot of care. Will use this store again and highly rate!
