They are brand new, made, and ready to ship (the actual pendant that you are buying is photographed here). The model is wearing her pendant to show size and scale, and she happens to be wearing matching earrings that we also made. Our goal is to come up with unique designs that are genuine, timeless, pretty, and comfortable to wear. We design and makes these pendants right in our small home based business. Very dainty and beautiful. I wish I would have gotten the necklace with it but I found one. It doesn't quite match, which is why I am kinda bummed with myself for not getting the necklace with the charm. I didn't need customer service. It shipped and arrived on time and they packaged it very well and with a lot of care. Will use this store again and highly rate!
