All markers come with initials unless listing states "without initials". Most styles fit 3 initials or numbers, but some can only fit 2 so read the description.

At checkout you must specify required initials or note if you do not need initials in the "note to seller" area. Orders are not filled without it and shipping will be delayed.

While we fill orders and ship them quickly its important to note we do not guarantee fast delivery. Orders are made in line with when they are received. If you need them quickly, pick the priority option.

If you have an emergency and need markers fast priority creation and shipping is available on most styles. You are paying for the order to be made ahead of others and for flat rate priority shipping 1_3 days.

We test out all styles before selling and thus far no decorations or glitter has shown up even at low KV settings.

From purchase to receiving the markers the average time is about 10 business days; allowing 3-5 business days for making, 2-5 business days for shipping.

It's important to note the USPS does not guarantee delivery in 2-5 days; that is their average.

International shipping to Canada or UK can take a significant amount of time. Please see your order details for information on expected delivery after purchase.

Currently we ship to Canada and UK. International shipping can take a long time- we've had customers wait a month or longer at times just as FYI.

Our shop is not responsible for lost, stolen or significantly delayed items through the USPS. Once the item is taken to the postal service, delivery is out of our hands. International buyers must accept this risk if they decide to purchase.
