A crochet pattern for a romantic vintage 70’s style lace top with cobweb lace sleeves.

A flattering, feminine bodice shape made in an unusual (but easy) crossed stitch pattern; giving a dense knotted texture. The front buttoned bodice would look good as a shell top, even without the sleeves for example; just work the pretty picot edge around the armhole too.

However, the very romantic, cobweb lace sleeves are quick to work and make this a great addition to a summer or evening wardrobe.

Pretty for evening wear, festivals over skirts or jeans....or for whenever you feel like wafting about as a fantasy heroine!

length from shoulder: 18.5/19/19.5/20 inches

sleeve seam: 9 inches approx

worked in 4ply crepe yarn , tension is 12 groups ( 1group = 2 crossed half trebles) and 16 rows to 4inched 10cms.
