---> Attention: Please understand these are live plants that include dirt, and every plant is different.
Even though we lovingly package them with crinkle paper, tissue paper, and a plastic bag,
there may be some dirt that comes out of the pot and on the plant, either during shipment or when the receiver opens it up.
Please just gently rinse the plant under water to remove the excess dirt from the leaves, and dump the loose dirt back into the pot.
This is not always the case, but sometimes, depending on the plant, the roots, etc. it can happen.
A little spilled dirt is not a reason for a return, refund or replacement plant.

Make sure to 'Sign' your name at the bottom of that Note.
I do not offer 'proofs' of the message. It is simply copy/pasted onto a notecard as shown in one of the example photos.
You can proofread your message before you purchase,
and then see the final printing on the receipt emailed to you immediately upon purchase. Thank you

-Be Sure to Change the Ship to Address to your recipient's address. Address CANNOT be changed after purchase.
-These are custom/personalized items and are non-returnable, non-exchangeable.
-Not responsible for incomplete, incorrect addresses. Be sure to have full correct address before purchase.
*If item is returned due for any reason, a refund minus all costs incurred will be issued or you have the option to purchase the 'reshipment fee' and have it resent.

-Must be sent to an address USPS (postal mail) delivers to.
-Make sure receiver knows they have a package on the way to their to their mailbox, usually not their front door,
as these need to be opened immediately as they include a LIVE Succulent that is perishable.

Attention Plant warranty policy:
Tracking is provided and item must be removed from mailbox and packaging within 24 hours of delivery.
Any problems with the plant must be reported within 48 hours of the marked delivery time by the USPS.
You must message me on etsy with the exact nature of the problem and a photo within this timeframe.
This will then be reviewed and I will contact your back asap regarding if it warrants a replacement.
After 48 hours of delivery NO FREE REPLACEMENTS will be offered.
This is because the plant must be removed from the package and mailbox right away or damage will be done that is not our fault, as this is a live plant.
Cost to replace will be determined by current postal rates, cost of plant and box. Normally about $12-14

***Shipping issues...Wrong address or stolen upon delivery

Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address.
If you notice the mistake after placing order but before shipping and let us know,
we will update to the correct address.
If you didn't receive your item due to a wrong address and it is sent back to us, you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping fee.

Stolen/Missing package
Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered, items must be removed within 24 hours or less from the mailbox.
If the order is scanned as delivered to the address provided during checkout, first make sure you input the correct address on your receipt.
Next, contact the delivering post office immediately and speak with a supervisor who needs to check the GPS location of where it was delivered so they can locate it for you.
Possibly ask close neighbors if they received if feasible. Lastly, unfortunately, package theft is not covered by Shipping Insurance (which is only available with the priority mail upgrade) and we cannot/will not replace orders or refund orders
at our expense that were made, shipped and scanned as delivered to the requested 'ship to' address.
