The seller customer service was amazing! I really do enjoy this bag, it’s sleek, modern, and I love the buckle. Only thing I would change about it is how wide it opens, can’t fit much stuff, which I get it’s supposed to be a smaller bag but I have Asthma so I need to carry an inhaler with me and my inhaler is sometimes too big for the bag with all of my other smaller compact things. Also, the fabric stretches easy. Other than that, it’s a great bag you can use on vacation and concerts!
