1. When will I receive my order?

Processing times for each item are subject to change depending on the volume and time of the year. Please note the processing time is longer during holidays such as Mother's/Father's Day and Christmas. Processing is the time it takes to create your order and send it in to be placed in the printing and packing queue. Items will ship after the processing is complete. Priority shipping does NOT speed up the processing. Actual Delivery of your item will take several days once it’s shipped.

2. Is there a guaranteed delivery date?

Unfortunately I cannot guarantee delivery on or before a date that you request when you choose regular shipping. The delivery dates on your invoice are ESTIMATED dates by Etsy. Due to the unpredictability of the post office, busier holiday seasons, weather, and other factors such as shortage of staff, I simply cannot promise something that is out of my control. Further, with the current pandemic and unprecedented mail volumes being sent out, all shipping carriers are dealing with backlogs. Thank you for your patience and kindness during these busy times.

3. Can I send a note with my order?

Unfortunately at this time, notes cannot be sent out with orders. To simplify the handling process and ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner, only the shipping information is used for each order. Thank you for understanding.

4. Can I customize my order?

Short answer: Yes! If the listing has a customization box, simply fill it in. If you would like a regular listing changed with new text or something else, send me a message with your details and I will do my best to get you exactly what you are looking for.
