First of all I have to say that Patty Pocket Stainz is in the top 3 of products I can’t live without/it is game changing! It transforms plain boring papers, ribbons etc into something beautiful…and it does this in minutes. As I was fulfilling an order I eeked out the very last bit of Stainz and immediately ordered a new jar. Many days later it still hadn’t arrived. I waited a bit longer and finally contacted Patty. I explained my situation and also told her that according to USPS, it should have arrived. Patty said she would send me another jar, which arrived quickly. When I opened it I couldn’t believe that she sent me 3 jars/I still can’t believe it!!!! Talk about going above and beyond; that is the epitome of excellence in customer service! Thank you so much Patty. By the way, the first order still hasn’t arrived.

I have been eagerly awaiting arrival of the Stains (vintage) and I'm so happy with it. Not as gooey as I imagined it might be. It's been so much fun using it on my gel plate - amazing results. Thank you Patricia!
