How do you ship packages? How long does it take?
All our products are sent via different courier depending services on the size of the order and destination. Normal delivery time is between 3-8 days, but we make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible.

Are the packages secure against damage?
Except for the smaller sizes, all products will be shipped in a solid cardboard box to secure damage-free arrival. At the same time we minimize our footprint by using packaging made from mostly recycled paper.
