1. I recommend taking off your jewelry when going to the beach, shower, or pool.
2. Please store it in a dry place.
3. Avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, shampoo, etc.

BRACELETS:
Size XS-S will fit most petite women.
Size M-XL will fit most average women and men.

The time that your jewelry will last depends on your body chemistry, how often you wear it, and how you care about your jewelry.
SILVER STEEL - durable material, will not show usual signs of wear;
GOLDEN STEEL (VACUUM PLATING) - develops scratches if worn very casually and not taken good care of; is expected to fade with use.
18K GOLD PLATED - is also expected to fade with use and over time, this is something normal for plated jewelry details.
14K ROSE GOLD FILLED - will not tarnish and can last a lifetime.
925 STERLING SILVER - it can tarnish with time (totally normal because any air exposure causes sterling silver to oxidize).
10K SOLID GOLD - will not tarnish.

Please always check your shipping address before placing an order.
My duty as an Etsy seller is to ship your order to the address provided in it.
If your item was shipped to the wrong address, it will most likely be returned to me.
I can re-ship it to you again upon receiving the item back in the mail. In this case, the customer pays the shipping cost.

I´m sorry if it happened to you. Unfortunately, I´m unable to replace your order or make a refund. But I´m happy to assist you to locate the package.
- if it is possible, ask the delivery person if he / she remembers the package and if perhaps accidentally left the package in the neighbour’s mailbox;
- to check with your neighbors personally if they received your item(s);
- to look around your own property;
- to contact your local post office service center, providing them with the tracking number.
Please note that the amount paid for the shipping is the amount paid to the delivery service and not to the seller. For that reason, unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for others' work.

The returns are accepted within 14 days of the order´s delivery. Please contact me via Etsy convo for return instructions indicating the reason for the return. As soon as the return is received, the customer is notified and refunded.
REFUND CONDITIONS: Please note that since all items are handmade to order, the refund-ed amount DOES NOT INCLUDE the shipping cost and 15% of the item(s) price due to the time spent to produce the piece and material used.
EXCHANGES are not accepted, but you can return the unwanted item and make a new order separately.
