Q. I bought a candle but there seems to be some frosting?

A. 'Frosting' or 'Blooming' is a sign of 100% natural soy wax and it no way affects the performance of the candle it's self. Frosting is a natural by product of tiny crystals that grow on the wax. They form when the wax is cooling after being poured. Frosting naturally fixes it's self as the candle is burnt

Q. My wooden wick won't stay lit!?

A. Wooden wicks can be a little tricky at times and can take some getting used to. We've written a full guide on using wooden wicks which you can read on our website - www.wolfwytch.com

ALL orders are shipped with tracking. I am not responsible for non delivery due to incorrect delivery address or attempted deliveries. If your parcel arrives back to me due to unclaimed/incorrect address then the buyer is responsible for the cost of re-delivery, if you are granted a refund then understanably the shipping cost paid will not be refunded.
Wolf Wytch are not responsible for parcels that are held in customs.
Parcels that are in customs will eventually be released, in some cases this can take 12 weeks.
Wolf Wytch are not responsible for stolen items or packages once they show as delivered.
