Highlights
Pretty painted blue and white sugar and creamer set made by New Chelsea Staffs (England) in the Milan pattern. Gold accents, very detailed painted pattern in a deep royal blue. Some wear to the gold trim and the tiniest chip near the spout (maybe 1/16 inch). The gold trim is such a nice complement to the blue and white. A must for your next tea or coffee party.
Creamer is 3 1/4 inches tall and 4 1/4 at its widest point from tip of spout to outside of handle. One flea bite on the creamer. Sugar is 2 1/8 inches tall by about 3 inches by 3 1/2 inches at the top.
