Is tracking included within Australia?

For orders over AUD 15.00 tracking and insurance is included. Some orders to Australian buyers under AUD 15.00 are sent as untracked letters unless the customer adds a shipping upgrade which is available for lower value and light items at the checkout.

What's the story with international tracking?

All international orders will be shipped with tracking and insurance, regardless of the value.

How long does it usually take to receive my parcel?

We do our best to post your order as soon as we can, bearing in mind that cancellations can happen. Delivery times depend on many factors and once we posted an item, we have no control over it. You can find more specific information about this topic in our Shipping Policy, or on the Australia Post website. Most (but not all) international buyers receive their parcels in 2-4 weeks and most (but not all) local customers will receive them within a week or less.

You can buy with confidence from our eclectic range of genuine vintage and antique items.

Our customers know that buying vintage is good for the planet, while we also get something that was made with quality and endurance in mind.

Over the years we have collected hundreds of beautiful examples of early to mid 20th century porcelain and earthenware produced mainly in England and Europe by reputable potteries. As manufacturing of these products in most cases ceased around the 1970s, the surviving items will become ever more precious.

Please remember that signs of wear and flaws in vintage items actually add to their charm and tell us a story, that’s why we love them! When the description mentions “crazing” (a network of fine lines in the fired glazed surface of pottery) in some cases that is accidental or deliberately produced/accentuated as a desired effect.
